1. Order Policy:
It is required to order a minimum of US$ 200 in value as per order
at any length of time, with the following minimum-quantity details:
Rings:
1 pcs per design;
Earrings:
1 pcs per design;
Pendants:
1 pcs per design;
Bangles and bracelets:
1 pcs per design;
Necklaces:
1 pcs per design.
2. Shipping:
We do not include shipping fees and charges imposed by your country's
Customs Agency. The recipient is fully responsible for any additional
fees imposed by customs such as tariffs and duties. Sometimes
customs will charge a fee and other times they will not. If you
have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the
Customs Agency for your respective country. Most orders are shipped
out from CV. Yusuf Silver preferably using DHL. Then it takes
4-6 additional business days to reach you. If you have your own
suggested courier facility, we will be happy to help the arrangement
for you.
3. Terms of Payment:
All payments are to be made via TT(Telegraphic Transfer) to our
Bank. All charges from the bank transfers are to be paid by
the customer. We request an advance payment of 50 % of the total
estimated amount of the invoice prior to beginning production
of the order, with the balance being transferred at the time goods
are ready to ship.
